This is the opening track of the 1st full-length cd by the band Pain Principle from Florida. The album is called "...Until Someone Loses An Eye" & it was released in 1996. It's difficult to describe it (90's thrash maybe?) but it has obvious Pantera influences.

Aska (US-TX) - The Dream (Private, 1997)

Outstanding melodic metal from Texas. This is the best song of their "Nine Tongues" album from 1997. Their previous cds were more in the hard rock vein but the following more into power metal. I guess it's their most overlooked cd... Enjoy!

Very good US thrash metal with a "deathy" touch from Florida. The band is not listed on metallum (not yet actually...). This is one of my favorite songs from their cd called "Metal Neck" from 1997. As I know that was the only release by that band.

Kick-ass US metal from Massachusetts - completely unknown & underrated. This is one of my favorite songs from their one & only cd called "Hostile Environment" from 1995. All songs have been recorded between 1991-95. The singer strongly reminds me Jeff Toten from Californians Raising Cain. The band is not listed on metallum (not yet actually...)

Killer Christian US metal from Pasadena,Texas by the band Shining Force. 2 songs from their great debut from 2001 simply called "Holy Nation". Excellent melodies, fantastic voice what else do you expect? Unfortunately the production is not very good & the cd is not silverpressed. The band released 1 more great cd called "Shining Force" 2 years later (full-length and silverpressed) & then came the silence...
